Wonderful house of new construction (2008), ideal for families, with capacity for 14-16 persons and with all the comforts and services. It is located at 25 minutes from Barcelona in a rural privileged zone, at the foot of Montserrat's mountain, in the population of Collbató.
The house has 400 m2 constructed, of which 300 m2 are of housings and 100 m2 of common zones. It is placed in a plot of 2.000 m2. The house is divided in 3 apartments; there exists the option to rent them separately or to rent the whole house. All apartments are fitted with attention to every detail and offering the highest quality. The ground floor apartment is specially equipped for more than 16 people. The beds have latex mattresses for your best comfort. The kitchens are equipped with all necessary tools and a top quality, below you can see a more accurate description.

In the facilities you can find: •
• A swimming pool of 8x4 m2 surrounded with 200 m2 of natural green and with deckchairs (2 for apartment) and parasols.
• Garden with centenary olive trees, palms and flowers.
• A park of sand of approximately 6 m2 for the child with spades, scrapers and buckets.
• A game room in the common zones placed in the basement.
• Laundry machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, in the common zones.
• An area of picnic with 1.200 m2, equipped with a barbecue and outdoor furniture.

All the apartments are equipped with:
• Bathrooms: towels, bathrobes, W.C. paper, hand soap, and hair dryers.
• Rooms: sheets, Nordic cases.
• Lounge: flat screen TV, DVD, connection TV satellite, Hifi and games.

The ground floor consists of approximately 150 m2 of living area and 3 outdoor terraces of 15, 20 and 30 m2 respectively and is divided in:
• Enormous living room-kitchen of 55 m2 completely equipped with enough space for 16 people.
• A suite room of approximately 45 m2 with bathroom (shower), double bed (2x2 m2) and an area of relaxation with sofa. It has in addition an outdoor terrace of 15 m2.
• A room with three single beds (0,90x2 m2).
• A bathroom (shower).
• Two outdoor terraces with furniture and clothes drying rack.


First Floor
The first floor has approximately 80 m2 of living area and an outdoor terrace of approximately 25 m2. It is distributed in:
• Living room-kitchen completely equipped.
• A room with a double bed (1,80x2 m2).
• A room with three individual beds (0,90x2 m2).
• A bathroom (shower).
• The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and clothes drying rack.
Second Floor
The second floor consists of approximately 75 m2 of living area and an outdoor terrace of approximately 10 m2. It is distributed in:
• Kitchen-living room completely equipped. The living room with a sofa-bed with capacity for two persons.
• A room of approximately 30 m2 with a double bed (1,80x2 m2) and a sofa-bed with capacity for two persons.
• A bathroom (shower).
• The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and clothes drying rack.



3.-Environment
The house is located in a quiet area, just 300 meters from the Natural Park of Montserrat.
The most impressive is the location of the Collbató village, at the foot of the huge rock formations of Montserrat. However, this charming village also offers other advantages: a wide variety of services, some very good restaurants and cafes, shops, bakeries, post office, dentist, doctor, taxi services, hairdressing, beauty, prepared foods, pharmacy, etc.. and a charming old town. The path leading to the monastery of Montserrat - which is reached in 2 hours on foot - starts 15 minutes from the house. Another place of interest is Salnitre cave, about 500mts. from Collbató, with stunning stalactites and stalagmites, which looks - so goes the legend - inspired Gaudi to design the Sagrada Familia.
Is it possible to do bike routes, mountain walks, hiking, jogging, climbing. There are many routes with different difficulty levels for the entire family. Near the house there is a riding area where it is possible to rent horses, hiking and receive riding lessons. The villa owners have maps and directions from the area that are available to guests.
Collbató is located near the highway A-2 that leads to Barcelona (about 35km), airport (35 km) and the beaches of the Costa Dorada (35Km. 60 km).
