We found the inspiration and will from within ourselves to build these luxury villas in enchanted surroundings.

We were captivated by the magnificent views of the infinite blue Ionian Sea, we took advantage of the local craftsmen skills and artistry and using traditional methods we built using local stone and wood from the area.

Adding a touch of luxury we created our aspiration and objective of our desires

Aghios Nikolas in Volimes is one of the most picturesque and idyllic areas of the island of Zakynthos.
It is home to the second largest port on the North East coast of Zakynthos, very close to the famous blue caves and shipwreck cove.

From the port of Aghios Nikolas is a daily ferry boat to and from the nearby neighbouring island of Kefalonia.

The traditional stone houses consist of four villas that can accommodate 4-8 persons.
Villa Yria's name is taken from the ancient Greek name used in bygone times for the Island of Zakynthos and is a three storey building totalling 110sqm in area which can accommodate 4-6 persons.

The entrance to the villa is on the first floor and leads you to a spacious open plan living/dining area with open fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. The large veranda has amazing views and is furnished with wooden table and fixed sofas.
A wooden stairway leads you upstairs to the second floor where there is a romantic bedroom with four-poster double bed, veranda and its own private bathroom with shower. From the first floor there is also a wooden stairway that takes you down to the ground floor which consists of romantic bedroom with four-poster double bed, bathroom with hydro massage Jacuzzi and living area containing two sofa beds.

The outside area measures approx 80sqm in area and is accessible from the ground floor, leading to the private pool, sun lounging area with sun beds and wooden pergola for relaxing moments in the sun.
