Residence Lu Nibareddu - Monolocale Standard
In a picturesque bay, this generously spread holiday residence with terrace formation of mansions is about 5 km north of San Teodoro surrounded by a well- maintained garden annex. Explore from here the unique Sardinia which offers an unforgettable experience with its fissured coasts, innumerable bays, white sandy beaches and the unaffected, various beauty of the interior. The residence includes a restaurant, Swimming pool and tennis court, directly at the sea is a bar with a small beach restaurant. From June to September beach service and beach transfers available against fee, as well as windsurf and boat rental services. The night-life lovers find the fulfillment of their requirements in San Teodoro with its characteristic restaurants, shops and cafes as well as the numerous discotheques and restaurants.
The 80 different large vacation homes, on the ground floor or on the first floor, are appropriately furnished with southern charm. They all have a terrace/balcony. The beach is, depending upon location of the accommodation from 50 up to 1800 m away. (apartments close to the beach will be charged 15% extra). All apartments can be booked with half-board.
