A stunning apartment, situated in the heart of the walled city, declared common heritage of mankind by UNESCO, very close to the Church and Plaza Santo Domingo. From its external balcony, you can appreciate the beauty of narrow streets. Only a few meters away, you will come across the famous bronze statue “La Gorda” by the renown sculptor and painter Botero. The apartment is 135 square meters long, situated on the first floor of a two level apartment. The entrance leads to a reception/dining room, which is part of the original construction of a XVII century home. The reception/dining room is nine meters long and five meters wide and some 10 meters high. The kitchen is spacious and functional; the colonial balcony is large and delightful, covered with bougainvilleas and palms. A corridor leads to the second bedroom, also with an en suite bathroom. At the centre of the reception/dining room we come across a room which is designed as a waiting room but which can also be used as the third bedroom as it is equipped with a double sofa bed. A metal spiraling staircase from the beginning of XX century lads to the principal bedroom with an en suite bathroom, with a view to the reception from an internal balcony.

The perfect location of this apartment is one of its principal attractions. The interior design is particularly elegant, a work of an international designer. Its decoration is suited for the use of families on holidays, executives, officials and diplomats as it can also serve as an office or long term occupancy.

All elements of technology and comfort include Internet Wi-Fi, two TV plasmas, Cable TV, telephone line with unlimited use for local calls, and a home theatre.
