Mple Caves Villas is a private, peaceful and romantic villa complex comprised of four traditional Zakynthian stone houses. They overlook the sea and are perfect for relaxing holidays with various opportunities for privacy, leisure and pleasure.
The abundance of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking,swimming, fishing or for the more adventurous: diving in the crystal clear sea, canoeing or exploring the mountain side, will tempt every visitor and make for unforgettable experiences.
Our villas have direct access to the sea and the spectacular "Priest's Cave" which was allegedly used by a monk for meditation in the old days.


We have taken the greatest care in designing the villa to be a welcoming place, well laid out for families, and to provide a very cool, relaxing and comfortable feeling.
Services included in the villa rental:
Cleaning service & linen change: our maid cleans will be cleaning the villa on arrival day and midweek, for those staying for 7 nights. For longer stays, cleaning is offered twice weekly. We are flexible about your preferred time of day for the service, to be discussed on arrival.
Pool cleaning: we take extra care to keep the pool water at the correct PH levels and ensure that it is crystal clear and safe to use.
Welcome pack: On arrival you will find a complimentary basic pack with fruits and drinks. If you would like to create your own pack with added items, please contact us with your requirements and we will provide you with a price.
Toiletries: as a welcome treat, we offer our guests a set of the cosmetics - organic Greek products.

Holidays with the feeling of adventure
We are located on the northern side of Zakynthos; the most beautiful and tranquil area of the island.
We are 30 km from the main town and the airport and 3 km from the small port of Agios Nikolaos, which connects Zakynthos with Kefalonia (1 hour by ferry boat), there you can find plenty of choices of local taverns, cafes and shops.
Our villa is on a private plot of land of over 40.000 sqm with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the North Western part of the Island (Alikes, Alikanas) and Kefalonia.
We constructed a villa using only natural materials (stone and wood) in full harmony with the natural environment.
The villas are by the seaside and have direct access to the sea and legendary, impressive Priest's Cave.
An entrance to the cave has been constructed with great care, consisting of vertical tunnel leading to the interior of the cave and leading to the sea.


The main villa has 3 bedrooms and is split into three levels.
Upstairs: master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
Lower floor: living room with fireplace overlooking the sea, with an exit to a 80 sqm covered veranda containing a dining table for 10 people.
Fully equipped kitchen with all modern equipment including gas oven, gas/electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, espresso and filter coffee machines, dishwasher and washing machine.
Downstairs: double bedroom (40 sqm) and twin bedroom (35 sqm) both with en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes.
These bedrooms have independent entrances and their own terraces with sea view.

The Guesthouse: Is an independent part of The Villa, 50 sqm air-conditioned studio with his own private and beautiful sea view to Kefalonia Island and pool. It has large bedroom with double bed, well equipped kitchen and large bathroom.
