Sea view villa in a bay with four charmingly decorated holiday apartments, each with a private outdoor area
The holiday apartments are in a villa in Nisportino, a little village on the island of Elba. It is just 50 metres from the sea, in the hills above a fabulous bay.
The villa consists of four independent holiday apartments, of which two are on the ground floor and two are on the first floor. Each apartment has its own entrance.
The site is completely fenced and closed off by an automatic gate. There is a barbecue available for shared use, as well as an outdoor shower. There is a parking area on site with one space for each apartment.
Pets are not allowed. Nisportino is not connected to the DSL network, so Internet access is only possible with your own mobile devices. The holiday apartments have electric radiators. Owing to the location right by the sea, in a bay surrounded by mountains, the climate is also pleasant in summer, so the apartments are not fitted with air conditioning.
There is a free wireless Internet connection In Rio dell’Elba 5km away, where you can also find grocery shops, bars, a bakery, a pharmacy, a post office, a bank and a restaurant. Between Rio dell’Elba and Rio Marina there are a supermarket (6km), a bar and a newspaper kiosk. Rio Marina (8km) has good shopping facilities, a ferry harbour, boat and motorbike hire, a weekly market (Mondays) and diving schools. A restaurant/pizzeria by the beach 50 metres away is also open seasonally, as well as parasol, lounger and canoe hire.

The holiday apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people. It has two bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 190cm), a wardrobe and bedside tables. The living room-kitchen provides a dining table with chairs, a TV (satellite channels) and a kitchen unit with crockery, cutlery, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a gas stove. A washing machine is available. Guests receive a remote control for the entrance gate.
The apartment has a furnished veranda with a sun terrace in front of it.
