Detached, large holiday house with a big pool, in a quiet village near Lake Balaton
The house is on a quiet street in a little village with 1100 inhabitants. It is in a wine-growing area and the neighbours are friendly. The village is called Szölösgyörök, which means wine village.
The large house comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a large and amply equipped kitchen. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180cm wide, two bedside tables and a big wardrobe. A bathroom directly adjoins this bedroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The other two bedrooms are on the front side of the house, each with two single beds, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. You can use a washing machine for a fee. The living room has a sofa bed for two people.
Right by the house there are two tiled, roofed terraces, one to the side of the house and one to the rear. The fully fenced garden has a large private pool 8 x 4 metres, depth 130cm. There is a tiled terrace right next to the pool.
It is possible to book an additional guesthouse on the same site, which is suitable for six people.
Lake Balaton is known for its water sports and other activities, including swimming, sailing or fishing. There are daily boat trips on Lake Balaton.
