Comfortable detached holiday house
This lovely holiday house amidst the Eifel invites you to relax undisturbed with the whole family or with friends and acquaintances. It is just outside Rohr amidst the Eifel nature. As it is fully detached, it offers ideal conditions for a quiet and peaceful holiday.
The open, fully-equipped kitchen directly adjoins the living room and has a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans, coffee machine, toaster, fondue set. The shower and WC have underfloor heating, so you will always have warm feet. The open attic gallery offers beds for two to four guests. In addition, the lower floor in the basement with two rooms can accommodate a further four adults and two to three children. A TV, video and DVD player are available, as well as Wi-Fi use. In the cellar you can find a freezer and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels can be provided. The heart of the house is the generous living room with an open fireplace, where you can make yourselves cosy also during the cold season. The rustic furnishing provides a suitable atmosphere. A stereo system and satellite TV provide entertainment.
You can enjoy fine weather either on the sunny lawn or on the terrace. Grill facilities are available. Pets, apart from cats, are welcome. You have your own forest right on the doorstep, as the house is right by the edge of the forest. Ideal for families with children, as they can play in the forest and fields. There is practically no car traffic. You can find peace and quiet here. If you would like to work, you will not be disturbed. The house could also be of interest for little work groups.
You can go on a variety of leisurely walks in nature, or on tours to trip destinations. You often don’t meet anyone for hours in this wonderful nature. You can recharge your batteries at idyllic lakes. In summer the nearby lake Freilinger see (ca. 3km) offers excellent swimming and a grill area, and of course you can fish here all year round. Kronenburger See offers recreational activities such as sailing, surfing, fishing, swimming, tennis, minigolf, boccia and grilling. You can find further trip recommendations and information about the region at the Oberes Kylltal tourism association. Those who need more water should visit Rursee, in the direction of Aachen.
