The standig individually holiday home, built in 1990 and renovated in 2012 is modern furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water.
For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place.

Siófok, district Szabadisóstó. The holiday home is located on a closed garden plot and water plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 8 cars) on the property.
