The standig individually holiday home is rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny location.
For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, garden furniture and fire place.

Rokytnice nad Jizerou, 520 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a open garden plot with meadow. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance.
The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property. In winter, the park is about 50 meters from the house on the adjacent property away.
