In one of the most well known and popular holiday areas of Germany, the Moselle area, lies Holiday- and Golf resort Cochem. You will find the luxurious bungalow of this brand new resort in the heart of the beautiful constructed golf courses with water groups and bunkers. This is an alternating location, with the facilities in the centre building and the unique Moselle landscape, also for those who dont play golf. Surroudings: In a marvellous and various environment, with picturesque little wine villages and the medieval centre of Cochem in the near vicinity, you will enjoy a excessive amount of possibilities in order to be active and to relax. Recommendations are the gastronomy, the delicious Moselle Riesling and the world famous Cochemer Fortress, which is the symbol of the region. To be short, a wonderful environment in order to totally take some time off. The swimmingpool of the resort is closed form the 5th till the 16th of november. You will be compensated with free entrance tickets for the Moselbad in Cochem.

The interior is modern and complete. The small, but attractive living room features a TV. In the open plan kitchen you'll find a dishwasher and microwave. There are six bedrooms. Two of them are situated on the ground floor and feature two single beds, either pushed together to make a double bed, or left separately. The remaining four bedrooms are situated on the first floor and are all furnished with two or three single box-spring beds. There's one bathroom with shower on the ground floor. There are four more bathrooms on the first floor, two with shower, one with bath and one with shower and sauna. Each floor also features a separate toilet.
There is also a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. The garden can be reached through the French doors from the kitchen. For your convenience, there's a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer. There's space to park four cars at the holiday home.
You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
