Newly built since the year 2001. You have 250m2 distributed in four bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, one toilet, living room/dining room, kitchen/dining area and laundry room. The layout of the house is as follows: upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. They are both spacious with sun terraces and a lovely panoramic view. Between the two bedrooms is a complete bathroom with bath tub. There is an inside staircase leading to the entrance hall. On the lower floor is the entrance from which you can view the swimming pool and the sea. Entering inside to the lounge, which has two sofas and four armchairs in front of a wood burning fireplace, and a television with satellite channels, DVD, stereo music player, books and some table games for entertainment. This is connected to the main dining room. There are two more twin bedrooms with another complete bathroom, also a guest toilet, kitchen with dining area and a laundry room. All the bedrooms have terraces, air conditioning/hot air heating (Included 10 hs per day, if you prefer 24h there is an extra cost per day). The house has, a security alarm, safe for valuables, hairdryer, and also includes for babies a cot and highchair. This is a Finca within 11,000m2 of fenced-in land with a mallorquin style gate. Garden area ideal for children to play in. There are fruit trees, a private swimming pool 9.5m by 4.5m with surrounding sun terraces, and a private parking area for cars. On the poolside terraces there are sun beds for eight people and sun umbrellas, or if you prefer tranquillity on the upstairs sun terraces with their corresponding sun beds. The covered terraces have a large table and eight chairs for dining 'al fresco' with also a smaller table and two typical mallorquin benches to rest or contemplate the sea view. This is situated in a peaceful countryside area and at the same time between two villages within walking distance.

Location description : The house is situated between the villages of Calonge and S'Horta within walking distance for the local general stores. The nearest supermarket is 4km away in the resort of Cala D'Or or Porto Colom. Just 2km away is the 18 hole golf courses of Vall D'Or and at 3km the beaches of Cala Sanau, Cala Mitjana and nearby the natural park of Cala Mondrago. It is possible to go by foot or by bicycle on a sign posted route through the countryside to the Moorish castle of Santuary and the monastery of San Salvador, passing through a fertile valley with the local allotments which have given horticultural fame to the village of S'Horta for their excellent potatoes, tomatoes, peppers.... which can be purchased in the markets, restaurants and nearby supermarkets. The house has a lovely panoramic view from the lighthouse at Porto Colom, down the coast to Cala Ferrera, Cala D'Or, Porto Petro and the southern tip of the island where the distant isle of Cabrera can be seen. You can also visit the neighbouring villages and to the north a small 500m high mountain range. With being so close to the two villages you can go by foot to buy the fresh fruit and vegetables and also bread and 'ensaimades' ( mallorquin delicacy ) in the morning at the bakers, as also to eat in there restaurants. At various times of the year there are popular celebrations in our villages, in S'Horta in May is the fiesta of Pentecost, in Felanitx the fiesta of saint Augustine in August, in Calonge in September the fiestas of saint Miguel. In the winter months there is the fiesta of saint Anthony which is very popular for dancing and 'fogarones'( bonfires ) and many other interests.
