Holiday apartment with a garden in a listed villa
The villa is situated at the gateway to Potsdam, in the idyllic forest community of Wilhelmshorst, providing quiet accommodation in nature, very close to Potsdam or Berlin.
The basement apartment in a listed villa has been extensively renovated and is quiet and light. It can accommodate four people comfortably. It is well-equipped and furnished, including a little TV, a radio-CD player, books and games. Bed linen, towels and the final cleaning are included. The bedroom has a double bed. The living room has a comfortable sofa for relaxing. The fully-equipped kitchen provides a dining table with chairs. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, a bath, a WC and a washbasin.
In fine weather you can enjoy the seating and two deckchairs on the sunny terrace for relaxing.
Wilhelmshorst is an idyllic villa colony in an area with many forests and lakes at the gateway to Potsdam (ca. 7km). There are convenient trains twice an hour to Berlin, taking about 30 minutes. Potsdam, Caputh and other places of interest are about 10 minutes away. The region offers a range of recreational activities, such as boating, golf, waterskiing, sightseeing etc. There are restaurants and shops nearby.
